Plant Inspections

Pleck Park Consultants undertakes plant inspection in accordance with the provision of the following sections of OSHA, 2007 that demand the examination of the following plant machineries.

• Hoist and lifts – section 63 (inspected every six months)
• Chains ropes and lifting tackles – section 64 (inspected every 6 months)
• Cranes and other lifting machineries ( crab, winch, teagle, pulley block, gin wheel, transporter or runway used for raising or lowering of goods forklifts, mobile/fixed cranes etc.) section 65 – inspected every 12 months
• Steam boilers – section 67 ( inspected between 12 – 15 months)
• Steam receivers and steam containers – section 68 – inspected after 2 years or after repairs
• Air receivers section – section 69 – inspected after 2 years
• Cylinders for compressed, liquefied and dissolved gases – section 70 – ( inspected in case of repairs, first time installation, 2 years if corrosive, if not 5 years
• Refrigeration plants – section 71 – inspected after every 12 months
